Moore II Chief Executive Officer Mr. Moore joined Desert Radiologists in 2006 to provide hands-on management of daily operations as well as oversee the company’s strategic development and long-term institutional goals. Mr. Moore works closely with the senior management team and assists with internal functions for the achievement of corporate objectives. With nearly 20 years of management and leadership experience in healthcare, Mr. Moore has provided leadership and direction to major hospitals and medical organizations. Before joining Desert Radiologists, Mr. Moore was most recently employed by US Oncology. As Senior Vice President of Operations for the West Region, he provided operational leadership to six large oncology practices located in Nevada, California, Oregon and Washington. Mr. Moore holds a Master of Business Administration from Westminster College and a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from the University of Utah. |

 | Jerry Hartman Chief Operating Officer Mr. Hartman obtained a Master of Public Administration and a Bachelor of Science in Medical Imaging from the University of Nevada Las Vegas. Mr. Hartman holds certifications by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) in the areas of Radiography (R) and Cardiovascular (CV). As Chief Operating Officer, Mr. Hartman is responsible for directing, administering and coordinating all Clinical, Patient Relations and Information Services functions of the organization in accordance with policies, goals and objectives established by the Executive Committee. Mr. Hartman assists in developing strategic short and long-range plans to cover operations, personnel, and financial performance and growth. Hartman also serves as Desert Radiologists' HIPAA Official. |

 | Harvey Eisner Chief Financial Officer Mr. Eisner obtained a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Nevada Las Vegas. Mr. Eisner was certified as a Certified Public Accountant in 1985. As Chief Financial Officer and member of the Executive Committee, Mr. Eisner is responsible for the organization's overall financial plans, policies and accounting practices. He directs treasury, tax and accounting activities, establishes reporting systems with controls and standards to safeguard company assets, ensures accurate and timely financial information, secures competitive financing for all capital purchases, and is integrally involved in the oversight of the corporation's benefit programs. |

 | Kim Nagle Human Resources Director Ms. Nagle obtained a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Iowa State University in 1990. She obtained the Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification in 1995 and the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification in 2001. As the Human Resources Director, Ms. Nagle plans, develops, implements and administers all personnel programs for human resources related areas to include: employment, compensation and benefits, employee relations, equal employment opportunity and training. |

 | Keith Mosley Patient Services & Business Development Director Mr. Mosley is a graduate of the United States Army Academy of Health Sciences Radiologic Technology program in San Antonio, Texas and holds a Bachelors Degree in Health Care Administration from Warren National Unviersity in Wyoming. Mr. Mosley holds certifications by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) in the areas of Radiography (R) and Computed Tomography (CT) and has over 26 years of medical experience. As the Patient Services Director, Mr. Mosley is responsible for ensuring that all non-ancillary areas flow as smoothly as possible to guarantee patient satisfaction. Mr. Mosley oversees the scheduling, eligibility and authorizations, transcription and courier departments within the company. As Business Development Director, he works with many local, state and national entities and organizations to develop and foster the continued expansion of services not only within the city of Las Vegas, but throughout Nevada and the inter-mountain west. |

As the Contracts Director for Desert Radiologists, Ms. Davis is responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with the medical community, ensuring contract compliance and negotiating contracts. |

 | Corrie Riccadonna Marketing Manager Ms. Riccadonna joined Desert Radiologists in 2002 and has over 10 years experience in advertising and marketing, graphic design, branding and public relations. Ms. Riccadonna began her marketing career at a leading public relations firm in New York City, where she contributed to a variety of product launches, youth marketing, special events and new business pitches for national consumer and healthcare clients. As the Marketing Manager, Ms. Riccadonna is responsible for overseeing all advertising, graphic design, corporate communications, public and physician relations, as well as, the organization's community outreach efforts. |

 | Jason Trainor Information Systems Manager Mr. Trainor joined Desert Radiologists in 2008 and has over 15 years experience in healthcare informatics. As Information Systems Manager, Mr. Trainor is responsible for overseeing all clinical systems within the organization. Prior to joining Desert Radiologists, Mr. Trainor served in various senior informatics management positions with AFGA Healthcare, Duke Health Systems, Radiologix, Inc. and University of Pittsburgh Medical Center (UPMC). While at UPMC, he was an integral part of the PACS development team, that is now Phillips Stentor PACS. He also developed and designed a patient satisfaction touch screen with Radiologix, which was implemented in 130 imaging centers across the nation. Prior to his civil positons, Mr. Trainor served in the United States Navy on the U.S.S. Kitty Hawk during Operation Desert Storm. His primary duties were COMSEC materials, related to encryption, decryption and authentication of telecommunications. Mr. Trainor obtained a Masters degree in Project Management from George Washington University. |

 | Mike Reardon Information Technology Manager Mr. Reardon joined Desert Radiologists in 2008 to provide advanced technological expertise and strategic planning for the organization's Information Technology division. He brings over 15 years of experience in various areas of information technology. Prior to joining Desert Radiologists, Mr. Reardon served as the Information Technology Manager for the nation's premiere telecommunications provider to the convention and trade show industry. Some of Mr. Reardon's core responsibilities incude operational oversight of the business systems infrastructure and management of the information technology team. Mr. Reardon holds several technology certifications and earned an Associates of Science in Biology from the College of Southern Nevada. |
 | Rhonda Lipsman Imaging Facility Manager, Horizon Ridge Ms. Lipsman earned an Associate of Science degree from UNLV in 1972. She holds certifications by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) in the areas of Radiography (R), Computed Tomography (CT), Mammography (M), and Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MR). Ms. Lipsman serves as the facility manager for Desert Radiologists’ Horizon Ridge location. As facility manager, she is responsible for general oversight/direction of all facility operations. As part of that responsibility, Ms. Lipsman directs technical/patient care related issues in all departments. She also assists in the development and implementation of departmental policies and procedures. |

She received her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix in 2005. Ms. Nash also holds certifications in Radiography (R) and Mammography (M) from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT), and belongs to the American Society of Radiologic Technologists. Ms. Nash is the imaging facility manager responsible for the oversight of Desert Radiologists’ Eastern facility. As facility manager, she directs technical/patient care related issues in all departments and assists in the development and implementation of departmental policies and procedures. |

As facility manager for the Palomino location, Ms. Fulton oversees all technical related operations for the Palomino location. He holds certifications by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) in the areas of Radiography (R), Computed Tomography (CT), and Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI). Mr. Vaughn serves as facility manager for Desert Radiologists' Cathedral Rock location. As facility manager, he is responsible for general oversight/direction of all facility operations. As part of that responsibility, Mr. Vaughn directs technical/patient care related issues in all departments.
