Joseph Urban, MD Joins Desert Radiologists

DESERT RADIOLOGISTS WELCOMES JOSEPH URBAN, M.D. TO PRACTICE

LAS VEGAS, NEVADA – Desert Radiologists, Nevada’s largest and mtrusted medical imaging company today announced that Joseph UrbanM.D. has joined the team of board certified radiologists serving SouthernNevada for the past 40 years.

Dr. Urban graduated Magna cum Laude with honors from the University of Scranton, Pennsylvania in 1996 with a Bachelor of Science in Biology. He then graduated Alpha Omega Alpha from Temple University School of Medicine in Philadelphia where he received his Doctorate of Medicine in 2000 with honors in Immunology. In 2001 he finished his internship at Abington Memorial Hospital in Abington, Pennsylvania in Internal Medicine. Dr. Urban completed his residency in Diagnostic Radiology at the University of California, San Francisco in 2005, and his fellowship in Diagnostic Neuroradiology in 2006 also from the University of California, San Francisco. Dr. Urban was also elected to the American Society of Neuroradiology Clinical Practice Committee in 2006.
